Step 1 - The member completes the Red Path - thereby becoming a full registered member of the PG.

Step 2 - The member contacts the Members Secretary to request an Instructor Training Application Pack [ITAP].

Step 3 - Candidates are interviewed and if successful given a choice of two start dates.

Step 4 - The candidate completes the series of instructor modules and Instructor Day Trainers [IDT's].

Step 5 - The Candidate is registered with PGIC and warranted to train [8] new members to Full Green, after which the Candidate will recieve a "Full Instructor Warrant" and be free to open a PG branch with the full backing of The PG and access to PG facilities including Crogen and The PG Sanctuary.
Teaching hours - in order to retain the PGIC Instructors Warrant, each PG Instructor must hold a minimun of 24 hours of formal training per annum. This may take the form of:
24 x 1 hr sessions. 12 X 2 hr sessions. 6 X 4 hr sessions. 4 x day trainers (6 hrs each)

The Pathwalker Guild provides a well defined "career" ladder, after all, the higher the Path walked, the better the overall view.
